Up to £300 Cashback

Spreadex was founded back in 1999 by Jonathan Hufford and their sports betting operation launched in 2006. They are one of the leading sports spread betting operators in the world. Spreadex is the only betting company that offers fixed odds and spread betting from the same account.

It caters for bettors who like both worlds. From the fast paced adrenaline rush of sports fixed odds betting to the analytical sports spread betting.

Markets

Spreadex offers a great range of markets mostly priced up by their in-house trading team. They offer all the sports popular with UK punters. They currently have 16 sports markets listed as well as political betting, TV Special and their customary financial spreads.

The homepage is dominated by football and horse racing betting but you can also bet on greyhound racing, tennis, golf, basketball, boxing, cricket, darts, rugby, snooker and a number of other events.

Live Betting

Spreadex claims that in-play betting is one of their strongest selling points and it’s true that their live betting markets are easy to find and updated regularly. In-play sports spread betting allows you to open or close your bet at anytime to maximise your profits or cut your losses.

They also have three cash out options which makes it easier for the bettor to plan their bets. You can do one-click cash out, partial cash out or auto-cash out.

Auto-cash out allows you to place bets that automatically cash out when your bet has reached a set level of profit in-play. This is a really handy tool if you’re placing a bet on an event that you cannot watch live. You will need to click on the cog icon on the betslip and set your auto-cash out amount when placing your bet.

Odds

Sports spread betting can be quite confusing and it hasn’t taken off to the same level as fractional betting in the UK. You can read our Sports Spread Betting Guide to find out how to place your first spread bet on Spreadex.

They have competitive odds on their sports betting site with prices comparable to their traditional rivals. They have their own trading team so you can contact them if you want odds for a bet you can’t find on their site.

Promotions

Spreadex are pretty good when it comes to promotions. Like most sports spread betting sites they want to encourage people to give it a try so there is some good sign-up offers at the moment.
